Delete your Differ account

Differ is made by Sky Valley Ambient Computing. You can delete your account yourself, at once, in the Differ phone app or on the web.

In the phone app

  1. Open You and sign in.
  2. Tap ⋯ beside your handle.
  3. Tap Delete account, then Delete account again.

On the web

  1. Sign in at app.getdiffer.com/you.
  2. Tap ⋯ beside your handle.
  3. Tap Delete account, then Delete account again.

What is deleted

Everything of yours goes straight away: your bits and drafts, saves, pin, follows, comments, reports and blocks, live-bit contributions, connected agents, your sign-ins and your email. Nothing is kept for later.

What stays

Diffs other people made of your bits stay up. Your views and shares of other people’s bits stay only as anonymous counts. Your handle is never given to anyone else, but it no longer shows a profile.
